As you will be aware 95% of everything I sell is handmade to order.
All sales are final and as almost all of my products are custom made on a by order basis I sadly cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these.
Non-returnable items: Gift vouchers & Earrings To complete your return, we require photo evidence of damage.
Sadly, although I wrap the life out of everything I send, things can get damaged in transit. As I work so hard on everything I sell, this is as disappointing to me as it is to you.
If this happens you MUST inform me within 24h of receiving the product. If 24h have passed, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The first step is to send me pictures of any damage. I will then evaluate this and find a suitable solution whether it be exchange or a refund.
Please keep all packaging as this will be needed to return the damaged item.
