FAQ's

Please find below answers to some of the most asked questions.
If you have a question that is not covered below then please contact me and I will answer for you as quickly as possible.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes! I can post Worldwide. If your country is not listed, please contact me and I will confirm the postage cost.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

I make all of my skulls to order – I have no ready made skulls.

Turn around time for orders, from moment of purchase to posting will normally be within 1 week. Some products, such as, Skull Bowl, Test Tube Flower Skull, Skull Antler, Skull Wall Plaque & Skull Bookends, will take a little longer as I either have to make a new wet skull which will need to dry (Skull Bowl & Test Tube Flower Skull) or I will need to order in products – so please bare that in mind.

This will also apply to some frames as the Skulls will need to be made at point of order so I will need to allow them to dry before I can work on them.

If you wish to place an order and have a specific date you would like your order by, please contact me before you order so I can tell you if this is possible.

WHAT ARE YOUR SKULLS MADE FROM?

All of my Skulls are made from Plaster of Paris.

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH A CUSTOM ORDER?

Absolutely! I love helping make your ideas come to “life”!  Drop me an email at info@hausofskulls.com and lets discuss what you have in mind!

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

All sales are final and as almost all of my products are custom made on a by order basis I sadly cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these.

Exceptions to the above will naturally apply to any damaged products, however you MUST inform me within 24h of receiving the product. If 24h have passed, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items: Gift vouchers & Earrings.

To complete your return, we require photo evidence of damage.

SKULL AFTERCARE

All of my Skulls are made from Plaster of Paris and although they are strong, they will need to be handled with care.

To clean your skull you can use a clean duster or a slightly damp cloth.  Do not use any products as these may mark the paint.

Take extra care with the Gold, Silver or Bronze skulls as these are Chrome paints and can mark easily.
